It’s true that leaders are chosen by God,
Their mission being to serve and not to overload,
But many of them drift away and go overboard,
Whatever seems beneficial to others they downtrod,
Their actions are questionable: very odd,
And it’s so sad that this insinuates into God’s church. Our cry remaining to be, “for how long o Lord!!?”

A leader should be a servant,
But upon being chosen one turns into a tyrant,
Seems like the brains stop working in an instant,
From good advices they succeeded in keeping a distant,
As a result they end up becoming very arrogant.

Christ came and became an example,
Just as the bible states; He was very simple,
And now to us the grace we are given is ample;
That we, leaders, may take heed ourselves to humble,
That in our words we may not fumble,
And in our ways we may never stumble.

There are those men who are true to duty as the needle is to the pole,
These are men who stand for what is right regardless of whether heavens fall,
They can never be bought at all,
True and honest indeed. Very zealous in playing their role,
Just like Daniel; they dare heed the heaven’s call.

Men who do right don’t do to be seen;
For they know very well that it is sin,
In whatever they they are very keen,
On Christ’s side they lean;
Knowing that it is the only way to win.

Let’s take the example of the Pharisees,
Full of pride and prejudice they tossed people around and to them it was a moment of bliss,
And this they did on a daily basis,
The result end of it was a spiritual crisis,
Look at what Herod did while he was in office,
All these are written to us that we may notice.

Today majority in leadership treat symptoms and neglect the cause,
In so doing they end up using force;
And care less whether one incurs a loss,
This has brought injury to God’s cause,
Many are their evil plans behind the scenes. I tell you, they have no remorse,
But I believe our God never slumbers. He’s going to give then a divorce.

It’s like we entrusted the hyenas to take care of the sheep. And when the sheep diminish we start wondering, “why!!!?”
Just like the skyscrapping these people see themselves high,
Untouchable: it’s like they have wings to fly,
Just like the servant in Matt 24:48,49; it’s the Lord they defy,
But they’ll be appointed their potions with hypocrites: there to gnash their teeth and to cry,
Believe me you this is not a lie.

O brethren never dismay,
God will, at the appointed day;
Choose a leadership that will lead the way,
In Zechariah 6, this leadership is characterized by the horses of bay,
We will no longer be a prey,
So upon this matter earnestly pray.

TN6:40.1 Series page: SRS 206:
Though the work, moreover is to have a small hard, mattock-like beginning it will gain speed and will emerge from the mattock stage into the ox-plow stage — the stage which will see all the believers of Present Truth (except the “lesser cattle”) unitedly go forth to dig or plow other “hills” until all the thorns and briers shall be uprooted throughout the land, the ground broken up, and the vineyard restored even beyond its original excellency. Thus reclaimed, it will be a place not only “for the sending forth of oxen,” missionaries, but also for the “Treading of Lesser Cattle.”
