My dear lovely parents,
Let’s keep the Sabbath Day,
God gave it, I love it,
I delight to obey.

Is meant for our good,
What a gift, that God sent,
For rest and pleasant mood.

And listen to God speak,
“God,” I pray, “lead the way,

“Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
